TuiGlen Terms and Conditions
To secure your group booking we require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation of your groups booking. The balance is then due upon arrival at the farm or in advance.
We ask final numbers are reconfirmed with the farm at least 1 week prior to arrival.
All reservation requests are tentative until we have received your 50% deposit. If the deposit is not received by the due date, TuiGlen Farm reserves the right to cancel your booking.
 
 Cancellations & amendments:
 Cancellations made within 1 week of arrival will result in your group being charged for the full stay.
Group "no show" will also be charged in full back to the group.
Changes of up to a 10% decrease in numbers of the original size can be made without penatly, provided TuiGlen is notified a minimum of 1 week prior to arrival.
